Anem a sopar, la Boqueria convida (Let’s have supper, Boqueria will foot the bill)

"Anem a sopar, la Boqueria convida" is this year’s Christmas motto at the Boqueria. Just as we did last year, we are organising a draw for 20 suppers for two among all our customers, and as in the previous edition, we asked students in the second year of their Illustration Degree Course at Massana School of Art to create a poster for the campaign.

Of all the posters entered, the winning poster was the work of the student Rita Fittipaldi. One year ago, Massana Art School and Boqueria Market signed a partnership agreement in which the students of the school can take part in the activities organised by the market, depending on their course of study.
The finalists, shown next to Rita Fittipaldi (on the left) in the photos, are Yang del Castillo and Marina Montenegro.

This Christmas, customers can obtain one draw ticket for every 10 euros worth of goods purchased at the market stalls from the Information Point. The draw for 20 suppers for two, each for a value of 100 euros per person, will take place on 9 December in the presence of a Notary Public. The winners can choose from among the restaurants Ca l'Isidre, l'Altar and Espacio Uma.

On the other hand, the market will be giving away 5,000 fabric bags with the campaign image printed on them. To obtain one, go to the market Information Point. Customers will receive one bag for purchases worth from 30 euros. And, to complete its Christmas campaign, the market will also put up a large Christmas tree at the Ramble entrance, just as it did last year.

Boqueria Market will also be open on the 6th, 8th and 24th of December.
